Jo Lindner is a German bodybuilder, social media influencer, and online guru. He was best known for posting fitness related strategies, tricks, and routines to his Instagram. Jo passed away aged 30 on June 30 2023 as a result of an ruptured aneurysm. Jo was suffering from pain in his neck shortly before his death. The death report was verified by his friend and fellow bodybuilder Noel Deyzel via Instagram on July 1, 2023 and afterwards by his former girlfriend Nicha.
