Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County, California. Alongside my amazing partner JP and my jolly father Henry. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform, @annephung. I write about my experiences- my highs, lows and all between. I came to America with my parents and brother at the age of one and a half years old I would not be now sharing my story with you if it weren't for my parents love dedication and hard work. In order to give them a chance at a more successful future, I focused on success and worked hard to get there. I believed that my life would go a certain way: graduate from college, get an executive position, get married and start an family. My goal was to go to college to graduate, then get an employment in a corporation. After that, I'd marry to buy a home and have kids. But life had different plans. My corporate job in 2013 was something I dreaded. Money and status didn't bring me happiness. I believed that I wasted my existence to get a pay check. I had a passion for exercising and enjoyed getting out and about with friends. while I walked my new career path. I discovered my passion for personal training. I began my business in the year 2014. It is my seventh birthday this year. It is rare to find Asian females working in the field. My goal is to become a catalyst within the field to offer quality coaching to empower people to live a more healthy and happier individual by developing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their personal needs and goals. In addition, I wish for people to feel empowered to achieve their goals and accomplish whatever they want in life. My career was beginning to flourish, I experienced the most devastating loss of my life: my mother's death. In Heaven she now rests in peace after a long battle with Scleroderma. However, I carry the memory of her every day. Life really does have a way with giving us the exact thing we require even if we are unable to comprehend the lesson in the time. In so many ways, my mother's passing changed me. I truly believe she provided me with another chance to live through her demise. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. The opportunity was there to start a new chapter in her life, and I got my second shot at a fulfilling and happy life. Now into my 30's I am alive and conscious I truly feel that I live my life now and not merely existing like the person I was back in my previous. My life is shared with me so that I may be able to share my stories as well as my words. This will help you know you're not alone. It is possible to getting anything you'd like to. Therapy is necessary as is regular. Health is the best asset. I wish you to live the life you want to live and that you die without regrets as death is the only thing promised to us in our life.
